Why we're expanding

Families raising children with additional support needs, whether that's neurodivergence, mental health challenges, learning difficulties, or navigating grief and major life transitions, are doing some of the hardest and most under-supported work in parenting. Alongside that, we see mothers everywhere holding the emotional weight of their whole family, often while their own mental health and wellbeing gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

Supporting both of these groups well takes a particular kind of clinician, and we want to grow our team with someone who already leans this way (& loves this work!).

We're seeking a Psychologist with experience in:

• Working with children, adolescents and their parents

• Supporting maternal mental health, including the perinatal period and the broader, ongoing experience of motherhood

What working with us looks like:

• Admin, gone. Our incredible practice manager handles billing, scheduling and the operational load, so your time goes into your clients, not your inbox.

• Your caseload, co-built with you. We manage marketing and referral flow, so you're not the one chasing clients or building a following to stay booked out.

• A schedule built around your life. Set your own hours within the practice - this role flexes to fit you.

• A boutique, collaborative culture. Small enough that you're a known part of the team, not a name on a roster.

• Ongoing learning built in. Guest expert sessions and professional development, all delivered online.

• Telehealth based, Australia-wide. Work from wherever you are.

The arrangement

This is a contractor position on a fee-split arrangement, rather than standard employer/ employee arrangement. You'll operate as an independent contractor within the practice, with the autonomy that comes with that.
